| Welcome #Uncanny-Cosplay is a group dedicated to cosplayers who strive to replicate characters as a whole. This includes having accurate costumes, scenery, high quality photos and a resemblance to the character. This isn't a '"good" cosplayers only' group, but more-so for people who really want to see some "WOW!" factor costumes :] It is enjoyable to see people who really bring something together as a whole; the cosplayer, photographer and even sometimes make-up artist. I made this group to gather that hard work into a group, not to make anybody feel bad. Practice makes perfect, please do not be upset if you are declined. <3  Becoming A MemberTo become a member of #Uncanny-Cosplay you must fit the same requirements as posting a photo (stated above). You must be a cosplayer or cosplay photographer. Even if your membership gets declined, or you're not a member, you can still submit photos! Do not think just because your membership was declined that we do not want any of your work, we just like members to be able to contribute a lot of their work, and not just one photo per say. People have been declined for membership in the past for having high quality photos but not high quality work, high quality work but not high quality photos, and of course not fitting the requirements. This group, by any means, is not meant to discourage people from continuing cosplaying. It is meant for more as an inspiration for those who wish to further their skills. Practice makes perfect! Watchers are always welcome! :]  RulesPlease Follow The Rules As stated above, please submit high quality photos, accurate costumes, scenery and try to have a resemblance to the character. If any other rules are continuously broken you will be banned.Leave Your Attitude At The Door Please be respectful; treat others how you would like to be treated. Please do not be upset if we decline one of your photos. We are not saying you're "not good" :[Submit High Quality Photos. In focus, sharp, non-grainy, artistic photos are what we are looking for. ABSOLUTELY NO blurry, noisy, out of focus or only bathroom/bedroom shots. Also, NO WRITING ALL OVER YOUR IMAGE! A watermark is one thing, but text all over your image is incredibly distracting. This group is dedicated to the QUALITY as a costume and photo! :]Studio Shoots Are Debatable. Since this group also looks for setting as a part of the whole; studio shoots are 50/50 on acceptance.No Progress Or Prop Photos! Finished cosplays only!Submit 2 Photos Per Costume. Please try to limit each costume to 2 photos in the gallery! Do NOT submit your entire gallery!!! Do Not Continuously Send The Same Photo(s). Sending it multiple times will not get the photo accepted.Do Not Submit Stolen Cosplays. If it's not you, you didn't take the photo or you didn't contribute to the photo in some way (makeup artist, photoshop artist, etc) it's STOLEN. You will be immediately banned.Enjoy The Work!
